I want to delay delivery
I am trying to get eBay to delay delivery of a book because I will be on vacation. The autobot cannot understand that request.

Mentor5 days agoPut a hold on your US mail. They will collect it and then deliver it when you get back.
eBay can't help you with this. You need to help yourself.
You can request a mail hold online.

The seller is required to ship the item within their handling time.
As @rfmtm stated, either have USPS hold your mail or have someone pick up your mail.
When you purchased the item were you aware that you would be on vacation?

Mentor5 days agoEbay does not do this, you need to contact the seller, but he likely will not either, because it affects his rating. Have the post office hold your mail or forward to a neighbor.
