I want to complain
About a seller who sent a damaged item. He has ignored my messages. The item is a doll outfit which I have repaired. I think eBay should be aware of this seller’s behavior. I consider it unethical. Margaret Arnim

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is the process to get a refund.
Unfortunately, when you repaired it, you voided your buyer protection.
According to your feedback, there was a small tear that took you 15 minutes to stitch.
How does this make the seller unethical?
If you wanted a refund, you should have opened a return.
A sellers no return policy only covers remorse returns. Things like you changed your mind or it wasn’t the right colour. eBay’s MBG covers damaged items. Items that never arrive.

When you received the damaged item, it would have been possible to file a Return Request for a refund.
Now that the item has been repaired, it can no longer be returned.
