Mentor3 years agoEach eBay account must have a unique email address.
If you get a message that an email address is already in use, that means it is already linked to a different eBay account and you must use a different email address for this account.

OP3 years agoI have a problem that I made a mistake one day when I tried to log into my account that email that I want to put now it says that the account is suspended and I did not commit any violation I do not know why it is suspended but that is the email that I cannot activate the account with my email from my phone that I use.

Mentor3 years agoIf your account was suspended you will need to contact eBay about that.
Do not try to use the email from your suspended account with another eBay account.

OP3 years agoI don't know how I'm going to solve it. The email from my new phone is like a suspended account and I don't know the reason. I just wanted to change the email to receive emails on my new phone. So I don't know how to solve it.
I don't know if I can explain it well, or if you understand me, if the email from the new phone is suspended, I will never be able to use the application, and I don't want to add this email to my new phone
