I want to cancel part of an order
We sold three items under one sale. We cannot ship two of the items in question. We will ship one item and credit the buyer for the two.

Mentor3 years agoYou can not cancel part of an order. You can process a partial refund from your list of sold orders where ‘send refund’ is an option.
