I want to cancel an order

I just bought two items but then I checked the reviews and realized that the description wasn’t clear, so I want to cancel the order before it ships.

I just made the purchase yesterday and tried to contact the seller, but they haven’t responded yet. I sent another message, they dont answer but it says that my order has already been shipped, but I don’t want to go through with the purchase. I want my refund and to prevent a pointless shipment. What can I do?

Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel, but only the seller can file a cancellation, and sellers are NOT obligated to do so. You can file a Returns Request once you receive the item. Depending on the reason for the return determines who pays for return shipping.
