    I want to buy on eBay.fr and I can't although I have opened an account. What should I do?
                     

    When I try to enter my information, like country, address, phone number... the form rejects me. I used to buy there a couple of years back and had no problem whatsoever.

    What form are you using to enter your information? You should be able to purchase from your US account. If you are taking delivery locally (in France), then you would enter your local (France) delivery address. Otherwise, your purchases may be limited to sellers who will ship internationally to the US.
