I want to appeal two situations -EBAY close cases -there is nobody to talk

I am frustrared working with eBay for over 15 years and they are working for the buyer and against us the sellers. I want to speak to someone in charge that can revise the two cases.

There is no chance because we have AI taking decisions...What can I do?

I am thinking and thinking if this is worth it...
