I want the restrictions on my eBay account to be lifted.

My account is restricted even though my customer's refund and reimbursement process is complete. How can I overcome this problem?

Because you are a new seller ebay places limit on how many items you can list at first. They also place a 21-30 day hold on your payments until you have been actively selling for 90 days, have completed 25 purchases and/or have made $250.00 in sales, without issues. If you resolved the issue you had with the buyer, without ebay having to step in, it should not affect your account. If ebay did step in the account limits/restrictions may remain a bit longer. No time frame is given for that.
