I want someone to call me. I have used the robot. total failure twice without success. I bought 2
items on July 18. I correctly identified the delivery to my home in SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE 04106. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I GOT A MESSAGE THAT IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. LOOKED ALL OVER THE APT COMPLEX. NOT FOUND. CHECKED THE TRACKING HISTORY. THEY MAILED IT CLOSE TO MY POST OFFICE, BUT THEN IT WAS SENT TO POST OFFICES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY BEFORE DELIVERIING IT TO PORTLAND OREGON. I EXPLAINED THIS TO THE ROBOT AND SHE TAKES ME TO THE NEXT SCREEN THAT SAYS: SELLAR SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. DO YOU NOW UNDERSTAND THAT AI IS NOT REALLY A DEPENDABLE RESOURCE HERE?? I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. I WANT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FROM A REAL PERSON WHO WORKS FOR EBAY TO PROCESS THIS TRANSACTION. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THIS WILL BE MY LAST INTERACTION WITH EBAY. THANK YOU. THE AMOUNT YOU OWE ME IS $18.78
