I'M NOT F****** AROUND WITH EBAY AND THEIR BUL***** I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT TO HURT THE VENDOR TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE NO IM NOT GIVING ANY MORE DETAILS OTHER THAN F*** EBAY TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT THE ANSWER IS NOT NO ITS F*** NO ALL I CAN THINK OF TO DO IS DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION WITH THE BANK CALLING IT FRAUD BUT I HATE BANK OF AMERICA SO WHAT ELSE CAN I DO IS THERE A WAY TO DOX THE VENDOR SO I CAN SETTLE THIS DISPUTE IN PERSON?

Since you refuse to provide details of your situation, it is difficult to advise you.
If you filed a request under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee and the case is found in your favor, the seller will receive a defect on their selling account.
You may need to turn to the funding source you used to pay for the item depending on you situation.
EDITED TO ADD: Judging by the seller's feedback, they probably won't be on Ebay much longer.
