    I want my money back

    This was the worst selling experience of my life! Took me hours and hours to set up my items takes photos get my items listed and only 2;out of 4 sold but the profits from the two that did sell I now owe eBay for listing fees for the items that didn't sell. How is that a good deal?! It's like I basically just busted my butt for days on end to just give my items away for free My items are gone I already shopped them and I have NOTHING to show for it. But eBay makes a $400 Profit off of my items even the items that I didn't make a dime off of. It's unjust enrichment I think it's criminal, and I don't understand how they get away with doing this people and especially new people who they are counting on to take advantage of There's soany ways they could use AI to give people virtual assistants that can earn people about things they might be doing that might not be very smart or profitable and guide them towards creating listings that are beneficial to both eBay and the sellers the way they have it set up now isn't supporting the sellers at all they just used me and strong armed me for all my money Im not in a worse financial situation then i was before I started. Thanx eBay

    You listed your items with reserve prices.  Each time you do that, you owe fees even if the item does not sell.  Those fees are non-refundable.

    You also have final value fees when the items sell.

    Selling fees | eBay

    The reserve fee is:

    $5.00 or 7.5% of reserve price, whichever is greater (maximum fee $250)
    Charged whether or not your item sells

    It is your responsibility to know the fees and understand what you are doing when you begin selling on eBay.

    @miyo_83

    I have read your post twice and believe I understand your concerns and frustrations.

    In looking at your listings, it appears you added an upgraded feature to your auctions. When a Seller adds a Reserve Price, that needs to be paid whether the item sells or not. The Reserve fee is usually 7.5% or up to $250. Many Sellers are unaware they will be liable to pay eBay those optional upgrade fees.

    With new Sellers, their funds are held for approximately 30 days. Ebay allows Buyers up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.

    Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner.

    Going forward, once you create a listing, and before you submit it to go "live", eBay will indicate whether that new listing comes with any fees or if it is free for you to list.
