I want help getting my thing back

I'm sorry that happened.
In the Return process, issue the label, then WAIT for your item to come back before you issue the refund.
Once the refund is issued, the buyer can't access the return label you sent. They are told you don't want it back.
If you want it back, let the buyer know you will be sending a return label.
1) Create a label from a 3rd party site such as Pirate Ship . com
2) Save the label. By default the label is a PDF file
3) Open the pdf label and Save As a JPG fileÂ
- You could also screenshot or "clip" the label to make a JPG
4) Send the JPG to the buyer by eBay Messages. (PDFs don't send through messages.)
If your buyer does not have a printer, then you can buy them a QR code through pirate ship and send through eBay messages https://support.pirateship.com/en/articles/13706688-how-can-i-create-paperless-labels-with-qr-codes

PS after this is done, add the buyer to your blocked bidder list to prevent future purchases.
To Block that buyer from your account, add the user name here:

Don't do this until you have your item back as you won't be able to message him once you do that.

OP3 weeks agoI do not know why E-Bay would let him steel from me. $200.00 is a lot of money for me. I live on S.S. and that is just not right. He will not send my thing back after I said I would pay return postage also. The man is a thief, and E-Bay is letting him get away with it. I gave him a full refund because that is what he and E-Bay wanted. Now I am out $200.00. Does that seem right to you?

OP3 weeks agoI gave a man a refund because he did not want what I sold him. Now he is keeping the refund and the item...$200.00 worth.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe problem is that you gave a refund already before getting the item back. Once you do this eBay will not require the buyer to return the item and any return label you sent through eBay can no longer be accessed.

OP3 weeks agoThe buyer asked for a refund throw E-Bay and I did to do the right thing. I also sent him a return shipping label. Look up ref number 1507957982378.. PLEASE HELP ME that is our Grocery money for next month. We live on S.S.

We are not eBay employees, and cannot look into your account. We're eager to help you, but first you have to tell us what the problem is, in detail. That "ref number" is useless to us.
