I want answers. How does one get direct human support for an issue with eBay?
It seems unlawful to me that if a seller is dissatisfied with the outcome of a sale, and more specifically, how eBay calculated a payout, the seller has zero ability to receive an explanation from a real live person from eBay. How can eBay do whatever they decide is appropriate while a seller has no opportunity for clarification or recourse? There is ZERO customer service provided for a buyer or seller on this website. How do they get away with this?

Mentor1 year agoeBay provides details about fees before items are listed.

For a specific sale, your seller dashboard should have details of all fees and expenses associated with the transaction.
If you have specific questions about selling fees, you may want to post on the Selling board for explanations from experienced sellers.
