You need to address this with your seller. Buyers can request a cancellation, but that doesn't mean you will get one. Only the Seller can approve that. So you need to chat with your seller.
When a seller cancels a transaction, the buyer gets an email notifying them of that and telling them the reason it was cancelled. Did you get that email?
