I ve sent item to seller but I couldn’t start return process on Ebay
Hi
i bought a pc from dell on ebay. They sent item to me. But I couldn’t afford the customs duty. That’s why i ve returned pc to seller with which code is sent to me. But there is no one to answer me or can start the return process. Because ebay wants me to send item again. How can i do this? I need immediately help.

By refusing the package, you housed your eBay buyer protection.
You will have to work with the seller.
They are not obligated to work with you. Be kind, be humble, when you communicate with them.

OP1 year agoI couldn’t reach anybody since i sent back the item. I sent the seller countless message. I have no answer.
How can i reach them?

OP1 year agoI get it thanks for information. But I couldn’t contact seller in any way. I didn’t recieve any answer to my messages sent on ebay.
I m really upset about this situation. This was my first order and i think it supposed to be last either.
