OP4 months agoes, and the I contacted eBay (Chat/human not the bot) and opened the case..told her I entered the code and the seller still charged me $9.26 shipping.. It's outrageous, $6 purchase and $9.26 shipping? I wouldn't ever complete this. Waiting on the eBay to step in rule and get a return label to refund the item.

1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

OP4 months agoGoing back & forth w/seller ! Contacted support as you suggested, opened a case.
I guess I'll have to wait for eBay support to step in : " If you don't hear back or can't work things out, you can after Apr 16"

Mentor4 months agoYes, you are correct. The SHIPSAVE is on the seller's listing. This is a promo offered by ebay, so not surprising the seller is unaware of it. Did you enter the code in the coupons/rebates/gift card field before you purchased/paid?

OP4 months agoeBay stepped in and had a return label ready to print, I succeeded in returning the $6 (2 products) and got the message that the return was delivered to the seller and I would receive a refund. Hasn't hit my Paypal yet...waiting
