I updated my bank info but it still says my payouts are on hold until updated, please help thanks
It says I updated it but the the red warning is still there

Sign out of your account, sign back in - see if that clears out the warning

You will need to reach a CS agent to help with this. We are mere members here, not eBay.
Open this Help page on Updating banking info
At the bottom or on the blue bubble Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
You should see 3 options for live agents - it worked for me right away
Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.

OP8 months agoIt says it was updated, but the red warning is still there is it just a glitch, I tried everything I even got a new checking account

Oh no...I thought your problem was fixed.
Did you contact a CS agent at all - do they say it's all updated on their end?
Maybe it's the app - did you uninstall and reinstall, or view your account from a desktop browser instead.
