eBay has millions and millions of members. You're not being singled out. This is done through algorithms. It's possible eBay is likely looking at 24 hour periods of time - not by date. Perhaps you'll be able to send a message tonight.
Why is it that you are sending so many messages? Is the information you need not in the item listing? I've been a member for 22 years and I've probably sent less than five messages as a buyer in all that time.
