I under estimated shipping cost and already printed the lable what do I do
I am 2 pounds off on shipping weight and already printed label. How can I reprint one with additional cost coming to me

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Select Get another label from the dropdown options next to the order transaction to purchase another label with the correct information.
For the future, don't estimate the shipping weight on your listing. If you under charge, you have to eat the difference - you're not allowed to charge the buyer more than what is stated in the listing. If you don't have a postal scale, it's one of the best investments you can make and will pay for itself in no time. You can purchase one here on eBay for around $30 or less.
