I tried to return and item per the return process and for some reason there was no record of my purc
I tried to return an item but I keep getting messages on the return page that says my order# does not exist in their system, even though the order was purchased and delivered to my house, causing me to be unable to start the return /refund process.

Was the purchase made using your Ebay account or as a guest?
