I tried to leave a nice message for feedback for a buyer, but eBay doesn't let me. Why is that?

I like to leave a nice individual feedback for some buyers. All of a sudden ebay won't let me do that. All I can do is hit "positive" and not be able to type anything,. What is wrong, I tried to do it by going at it different ways, but it still didn't let me.

Another problem---Now I can't even go into "contact buyer" and tell her that I can't leave a written feedback for her. Ebay sure has to fix their Feedback problems---if they even now that they exist!! There is no way to write or call them to inform them!!!

I just noticed yesterday that you have to click on the rating (positive, neutral, etc.) in order to make the comment box and star ratings appear.

If I go to my Purchase History, find the item and click on "Leave feedback" under "More actions", the rating plus comment box & stars are there.
