I think this may be fraud
I have found the same truck listed by 2 different sellers. Items 196225344024 and 296200544917. Both have the same vin number, some of the same pictures, both are in California but several miles apart, and neither will respond to my messages. I am concerned because I have bid on the one that was listed first and then I saw the other one listed. The one I bid on I asked for a few more details about the truck and the other one I asked about their listing being the same truck, of course receiving no answer from either. I believe something fraud may be going on and can’t seem to contact eBay.

The two cities are 400 miles apart (might as well be in different states). The photo backgrounds look more like Southern California (Sun City). However, the San Jose listing posted first (Feb-1 16:06 vs Feb-3 07:56 for Sun City).
The accounts are 3 to 5 years old with no selling history, although the Sun City account has recent purchases.
They are both selling the same truck, with the same or similar photos. But the item specifics and listing construction differ enough that they are likely not the same seller.
Neither listing requires a deposit, so it would be easy to walk away from either sale if you win. Vehicle listings are non-binding. eBay links to an inspection service in each listing so that you could have someone look at the vehicle — "Order an inspection from R8TR (starting at $99)."
My guess is that when the listing ends, both sellers will request a wire transfer or some sort of crypto transfer, since neither can be clawed back by eBay's Vehicle Purchase Protection plan.

As it stands, I personally don't see that either one has yet violated eBay policy enough to report, although I do suspect both accounts may be hijacked. However, there are precautions you can take as a buyer (like not paying for something you haven't seen, and using https://escrow.com or a US bank to make payment).
