I think i've been scammed on my gift card

Question

I bought a gift card in store purchase. It doesn't have 13 digits on the card instead it has 9 digits. I have an old legitimate card that i've purchased before and they don't look similar what so ever. I threw away the reciept and I just now realized that was a huge mistake. Is there a way I can get it refunded, or my money back in an actual card?

@generationsells Ebay gift cards are non-refundable. You probably could have received a refund from where you purchased it if you had the receipt.
