I think ive been scammed

I've ordered,with tracking number giving,but now tracking number not working,and haven't received package. I do have the order number as well

A tracking number might not be working yet for a number of innocent reasons -- something as simple as the package has not received a scan yet, or an international item has not reached this country to receive a scan.

A tracking number that does not eventually show delivery is not useful to a seller (or to a scammer either, for that matter).

If the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date, and there is no tracking showing delivery, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay the next day. If the seller is unable to provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
