I think I'm screwed. Shipped not pickup

Question

Just sold radio as pickup here but the buyer can't come. I shipped it. I don't know how to go back and cancel and refund and relist.

Did I just lose $1500 to ebay? There must be a way to contact ebay and just add tracking. There must be a way to contact a live person, chat falls short...

-When you sell Local pick-up Buyers are given 2 things, a QR code and a 6-digit code. EITHER of those two things are given to you at the pick up so you can advise eBay that the pick-up was completed.

-If you shipped the item instead there is no place to add tracking because shipping was NOT part of the deal. You can call the Buyer via the number on the order detail or message them and ask for the the 6-sigit code.

How are you going to relist it if you already shipped it?

Best thing to do is first ask buyer for the pickup confirmation number and enter it.

Otherwise look in the drop down menu next to the item to mark as shipped and enter the tracking number.
