I think I'm not being given the full amount my items sold for
I didn't have the time to sell a bunch of vintage items from my dad's bar in the 60s, so my friend who is experienced said he would do it. From what I can see on his listings, my items have sold for approx $5,000 with him paying me about $675. When I showed him the listings with the amounts he said that was not accurate. Is this something eBay can help me with? Thanks

I hope you had some kind of written agreement with your "friend" about how he would share the proceeds with you.
You may possibly have recourse through a claim (lawsuit) in the Small Claims Courts in your state/county.
eBay would not be a party to that lawsuit; however, your evidence that the items sold for your approximated total of $5,000 would be copies of the sold listings by your friend's eBay ID.
Some states' Bar Associations have a free service where you can call and explain your situation and they can give you names of some local attorneys who could help you. You might be able to get a 30-60 minute free consultation with a local attorney.
Hoping for the best outcome for you!

If the seller is not being honest, you should look at your contract to see if it states any recourse.
The prices shown should be close unless they show that a best offer was accepted.
There are fees and shipping charges. The seller should be able to charge the shipping to the buyer.
Make copies of the listings and pursue this locally with the seller or courts.

No, eBay cannot help you. You're neither the buyer or the seller.
You'll need to work this out with your friend.
