I think i was scammed!

Question

I just received my package yesterday which was supposed to be a Nintendo switch lite, instead I received a box with some used broken random thing that I have no idea what it even is. I have tried reaching out to the seller through messages and no reply. I've tried opening a case but only option I see it return for refund. I don't even think what I received would be worth returning. What am I to do? I'll be the one paying for the. Return of a broken piece of junk really.

@kikomaching2385 I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.

Returning it is what you need to do, the seller pays return shipping which IMHO they deserve to. OR they can choose to issue a full refund without a return.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
