I think I have been scammed
The seller represented a Samsung phone that was new and factory sealed. At the time it appeared to be correct. I'm outside of the return window. But I always felt the phone was a little off. It appears the phone was not new and sealed, it has been modified and it's not up to factory standards. I'm completely unable to reach eBay or get help through eBay. There's no way to reach an agent. Everything directs me back to the same result which is I'm outside of the return window. Seller is non-responsive to multiple messages. Seller: [removed by moderator]
I personally have a 100% feedback rating and have been an eBay member since 1999.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, all strictly Buying accounts have 100% Positive Feedback, Sellers cannot leave Neutral or Negative FB for Buyers - that since 2008. An accounts longevity has little to do with eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Please don't get me wrong, I respect longtime good members of eBay. Since you know you are outside their 30 day window from receipt you will have to file a dispute with your funding source in order to try and get a refund on the phone.

Mentor8 months agoI am sorry that this happened. Unfortunately eBay's money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. After this time eBay cannot help you. Check with your payment source to see if they can help you with a charge back. Many payment sources will help for up to 180 days from payment but it can be less time depending on the payment source.
