I bought a item on accident and tried to cancel the order the seller won’t respond and it hasn’t been shipped what should I do

Buyers can request to cancel, but the seller does not have to cancel just because the buyer asks.

If the seller neither cancels nor ships, when the last estimated deliver date has passed by one day, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller does not voluntarily refund you or provide tracking that shows delivery, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

Buyers can request a cancellation, but only a seller can accept it or not.

Here's what to do...

Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
