i think a seller scammed me!
i bought shoes online and the seller out size 7 and the shoes that came are a size 6 and when i contacted the seller the person said its completed and when i asked for a return they seller closed it! please how can i get a refund or better yet how can i report the seller to help prevent other people from falling for this scam artist.

Mentor9 months agoWhen you filed the Return Request, what reason did you specify?
If you chose the reason "didn't fit", the seller was able to decline your return request because that reason is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

OP9 months agoHi, thats what I put cuz it was a size 6, what do you advise i do, I have msg ebay to look into it and the seller is kinda rude and just dismissing my msg and it hurts because the shoes are meant to be for my daughter for Christmas
