I the seller sent the wrong items to two different buyers! Help
One buyer immediately contacted me of the mishap of wrong item in his box and the other who received the first buyer’s product won’t contact me after multiple times in 48 hrs of trying to contact him. One item was $200 and the other was $35. How do I get both items back?

I’m so sorry this happened. It’s a fairly common mistake that most sellers make only once.
It’s not unusual for the buyer receiving the benefit of the mistake to go radio silent. Sadly, you have no recourse but to refund the other buyer and learn from your mistake.

Mentor3 years ago@celticqueen321 Have you tried calling the buyer that won't send the item back? You do have access to the buyers phone number on the order details page

I am sure they are aware of the mistake but calling sometimes shakes a person up a bit more.
There is no way to force the buyer to return an item though so if they don't you are going to end up with a big loss because you'll have to refund the buyer that didn't receive the $200 item.

OP3 years agoThe buyers phone number is disconnected who received the $200 jacket not the $35 shirt. Just beside myself.

As @house*of*paws said you have no choice but to refund the buyer.
If you don't do so willingly then eBay will step in and force a refund. Then you get a defect and you don't get your sellers fees back.
