I, the seller, have not received a return
Buyer stated a lid was damaged, requested return through eBay. I refunded and selected to provide the buyer with a return shipping label. I have not received the item back. eBay AI assistant is no help as this case closed as soon as I refunded the buyer. Please help
me navigate how to resolve this.

You mistakenly refunded the buyer before receiving the returned item. Once the buyer has been refunded, it is not possible for them to receive a return shipping label in order to return the item.
