Mentor3 years agoThe receipt from the post office should have a tracking number if you shipped it in any way except for a stamp. If the buyer opened a case of item not received, you must enter the tracking number into the case details. If you shipped it with a stamp, then you have no proof of delivery and you have to refund within the case.

I posted the item and have a PO receipt but I did not get a tracking number.
the buyer said he did not recieve it.
