I submitted report to eBay and received reference ID and document id what now?
I submitted a report to eBay regarding my payment for high bidder won item. Processed payment for item to my credit card approximately 2:45pm PST. THEN I received email at approximately 10:17pm EST THAT I WON AUCTION, BUT MY PAYMENT FAILED! HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS POSSIBLE? SELLER HAS NEVER MESSAGED ME FOR PAYMENT OR AS TO WHENEVER HE'S GOING TO SHIP MY ITEM.
