I submitted online pictures of my product not knowing my product was altered

I was selling a osprey backpack and apparently the belly straps were cut on either side of the backpack and I hadn't realized. Should full refund be the only option or is there a way where we can both come out a little bit happier but I'm prepared to give him a full refund I'm just sorry this whole thing happened I didn't notice the cuts and from now on I'm not going to use online pictures. Let me know if there's any other options or what you think

You should always use your own photos.

If you are in contact with the buyer, ask if a partial refund of X amount would be sufficient. If not, the buyer can file a return request for Item Not as Described, for a full refund.
