Ebay says that they can't help because I closed the return.

You can not open another return or reopen the closed return.
Depending on the reason for return and how you paid, you might be able to get help from PayPal or your card issuer. Why do you need to return the item?

Did you order the wrong size, or did the seller send you a different size than what you purchased?
