I sold something for pickup - now want to ship. How?
The person who bought the item missed the note about pickup and I am willing to ship - how do I generate a label?

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer has not yet paid, go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the down-arrow, click Send Invoice, and enter the amount needed to ship the item, Send.
If the buyer has already paid for the item, you will need to send the buyer an invoice using Paypal. Use the CONTACT BUYER link and explain that you need his/her Paypal email address so you can send an Invoice for the shipping. Once the buyer has paid, you can print the shipping label using Paypal.
