I sold item but it is not marked as delivered
I sold an item and sent it through USPS (mail service) I marked it as shipped. the buyer received it today. As he contacted me b/c he needs the unlock code to open the tablet. I lost the USPS receive with Tracking Number, so the item is still showing as not delivered. I went to Post Office and ask for a duplicate or tracking number. They can't find it. What can I do? I tried contacting ebay, but that button to talk to a person is no where to be found. I was going to ask them to mark it as delivered. What can I do?
