I sold boots and the seller paid for the shipping label but now I am being charged twice for it.

I have sold a pair of Lucesse boots and am only getting $10.84 for them. I have been charged twice for a shipping label of $21.71. How can I get this corrected?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
