I sold an item to a person who is foreign. They entered a USA address and later tried to change it.
The item was shipped to the original address that they entered because the label was created by Ebay. Their addendum address doesn't even exist. Obviously there is a translation issue. How do we retrieve the item that was shipped to the wrong address? Who is at fault? The item was paid for.
