I sold an item to a buyer in Georgia, on Sept 26th, they did not get it.
My sold item did not reach the buyer, sold on Sept. 26th. Mailed to an address in Georgia. I initiated a USPS search, is there anything else I can do? I have been in contact with the buyer. Do I refund her money? I just figured it was late because of the hurricanes. Thank You

Mentor1 year agoDid the buyer file an Item Not Received case? If so, you have 3 days to refund the buyer. If you shipped using Ground Advantage or Priority, it comes with $100 of insurance coverage. You can file an insurance claim. Look for a link when you go to USPS.COM .
