I sold an item that was not delivered. Buyer refunded. How do I file a lost item claim?
I sold a watch and tracking stopped on July 13th. I approved the refund for the buyer. Now, I lost an item and was unable to find help from eBay's website on filing a claim. Any help/advice? Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoYou'll file a claim differently depending on your carrier and type of insurance you purchased (if it wasn't included in the shipping cost). See this link:

Mentor3 years agoHi @mawafa
Domestic shipments: If you insured the shipment then go to the Carrier's website and file an Insurance claim. eBay has nothing to do with that.
