I sold an item on eBay. Buyer purchased wrong shipping
Shipping purchased by buyer was media mail and postal worker said I need ground advantage. Could not ship item. What do I do to change this shipping in eBay website and make this right. Tried reaching out to buyer and can not get a reply from them.

Mentor8 months agoYou listed the copper round with media mail, which the only option the buyer saw when purchasing.
You will need to change the shipping method since that can not be sent media mail.

The buyer paid you for the shipping option you set up on the listing. The additional postage will have to come out of your pocket, not the buyer's. You can purchase another label from the dropdown next to the order transaction (click the three dots). On the label creation page, change the class of service to Ground Advantage so you pay the correct amount to ship.

For the first label you purchased, you can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
