I sold an item now he said he needs my tax id number. This seems very suspicious.
In order to complete the processing of your ship request, we are needing additional information. For the export documentation, we require the Federal Tax ID number or DUNS for eBay seller calebbubbadaddy. In order to acquire this information we need to be able to contact the seller. Please provide us with the email address for calebbubbadaddy. Once received we will contact them for the required information.
Please note that you may contact the seller for this information however we will also need the registered business name, address and phone number for the seller.
IT IS VERY URGENTAbove is the message they sent me. Whey would they need my tax ID number? Also I am a provate individual. I am not a business. I do not feel comfortable giving any of this information out.
