i sold an item, never shipped because buyer supplied the wrong address.
I sold an item but never shipped it because the buyer contacted me to say the ship to address is wrong.
Now buyer wants a refund but I do not have the funds because the funds don't go to my account until it is shipped.

·2 years agoCancel the order as a problem with the buyers address.
If you don't have enough avaliable funds to cover the refund, you have to add a debit/credit card to pay the refund.
The funds from the buyers payment will be sent to your checking account.
