I sold an item I purchased the label went to print it didn’t print and now I can’t find that option again can someone help

You can reprint a label 5 times before having to buy a new one. You can use the drop-down menu on the left side of the item on this page and click the Download label link: Track and manage your shipments
You can also Cancel labels on that same page up to 28 after purchasing them and a credit will be issued to you within 21 days or less.
