I sold an item but the tracking info never updated and still have not received payment
Summary: candctrading333 is facing an issue where a package, reportedly delivered on July 13th through USPS, has not been updated in the eBay system, preventing receipt of payment. I have a sale that was made on July 7th (Order No. 08-14872-71254), according to usps the package was delivered on July 13th. I did not take a screen shot of this information, but I added the info to my sale - Note from USPS; Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 8:26 am on July 13, 2026 in LINDON, UT 84042. However, the tracking info never updated on ebay. It is now August 1st and I am still waiting for payment. Because this has been an issue for so long, I no longer can use the original tracking number to look it up via USPS and I no longer have the customers contact info email them and confirm receipt. How can I get this resolved?

Mentor1 week ago@candctrading333 It may count as a sale with no tracking since the system didn't update. When that happens it is a full 31 days before the funds are released.
You should still be able to see the tracking info on the USPS site for up 120 days from date of label. Copy the tracking number and paste it into the USPS site search box.

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
