I sold an item but i when i try to purchase shipping lable it says buyers adress is not specified
And paymemt has not beeb paid bit on the buyers side it says they have paid and tried canceling amd get the same result

Contact eBay and explain to them what you see. They should be able to help you figure out what to do.
