Hello, I sold an item and I want to ship it using my own usps account. How do I do that and will they still accept it if I don't purchase shipping through ebay?

You can do that. You just need to add the tracking to the order details.

eBay and the buyer can see the tracking and it helps prove delivery and helps you get paid for the sale.

Yes, you can do that but make sure to enter the tracking number into the purchase detail or eBay will not know if you shipped within your stated handling time and when the package is delivered. Payouts are not made until tracking shows the item delivered.
