I sold an item and UPS lost it
Tried to open a Claim with UPS but they need seller account number. When shipping through ebay, is it their seller account number?
my personal UPS account number has no recent transactions.
Ebay help doesn't really give an option to open a claim with shipper.
I have already refunded buyer.
